lucky charm

hi :)

ok so i havent been studying much :(
i'm such a fuckin' idiot, i'm gonna start tonight.

on another note,
went out with sexy babe dominica and her boyfriend, carlos for dinner & drinks!
haven't been to clarke quay for awhile now so it was good fun.

right, so i spent a bit of cash on mexican food (overwhelming...)
and my fave margarita from cafe iguana (brilliant)
and a drink @ le noir...
so all i had was my DBS card, ez link card and 2 bucks.

my house is wayyyy in there, no buses or mrts,
only way in - walk or cab.
i would walk... but my heels were sooooo killing me, i had to take a cab!

got into a cab-
amanda: do you accept dbs or ez link?
uncle: no no i don't sorry but the cab behind me does!
amanda: whaaaaat??? [cause he had already driven away]

but the uncle was nice enough to drop me off,
and i walked back to the taxi stand,
where lo and behold, there was a girl from my condo!
and i told her she was my lucky charm cause we could share a cab!

turns out, i shared a cab with her before and i paid for her!

i was so happy :)
proves that there is such a thing as good karma!!!

whoo hoo thank you almighty!!!
